I truly believe that we have created a culture that is more like a close family or community in One Financial Solutions that better brings a level of service to our clients.
I founded One Financial Solutions in 2012 after having spent 20 years in the financial service sector giving advice to individuals and businesses, I created OFS because I wanted to be able to give advice unhindered by allegiances and a culture that has been created in the industry. To quote the famous Frank S – “To do it my way”
I wanted very much to focus on people’s wellbeing and community, whether that be as an individual or as business.

This was the bedrock and still is for the firm, Although we have come along way, I still take pride in investing time and money in things both inside and outside of the business, recruiting and supporting those who join the One FS family but also in local community. Over the last 12 years we have supported local sports teams and individuals, and in boxing specifically I am humbled and honoured to support some of the UK’s most up and coming and existing talent.
This has recently extended to a whole to another level by supporting those that serve, have served and their families in our Armed Forces and it is and honour and privilege to work with charities like Scotty’s Little Soldiers.
This is why I am proud and honoured that One Financial Solutions continues to grow and search for the best talent, expertise, and partnerships to have a lasting legacy with our clients and communities.
As a company our aim, passion and value is to support individuals and organisations in multiple ways, to help secure a better financial future. We normalise the conversation around talking about money and to help individuals & organisations to understand where they are today, where they want to be ion the future and to help put in to place the steps to help them get there. It’s about encouraging people to think as an individual, a family, or a business to talk openly about money, to normalise the conversation not making it taboo. It’s not about having the most money but enough to do the things you, your family or your organisation want to achieve in life.
In summary I joined the industry as I wanted to help people and although the industry has changed over the last 31 years that passion has and will remain consistent.
